Regular House Cleaning Melbourne

FIXED-PRICE REGULAR HOUSE CLEANING MELBOURNE

A regular cleaner should make life easier — not leave you wondering what will actually get finished.

At FKS Cleaning Group, we don’t sell blocks of time.

We agree on the cleaning, put the price in writing, and complete the agreed work.

WE DON’T SELL HOURS. WE SELL COMPLETED JOBS.

Trusted by Melbourne families since 1985.

WEEKLY, FORTNIGHTLY OR REGULAR CLEANING

Regular cleaning can be arranged weekly, fortnightly or on another agreed schedule depending on your home and what you need.

You receive a fixed written price before we start.

No watching the clock.

No wondering which rooms will be missed if time runs out.

BED CHANGES

Need the beds changed?

Leave the clean linen out and we can include bed changes as part of the agreed regular clean.

YOUR FIRST CLEAN SHOULD NOT BE A PENALTY

Many cleaning services charge more for an initial or catch-up clean.

That has never been our automatic approach for genuine ongoing regular clients.

If we agree on an ongoing weekly or fortnightly price and the first clean takes us longer than expected, we carry that risk.

We don’t turn around and punish the customer because we underestimated the work.

IF WE GET THE QUOTE WRONG, WE WEAR IT — NOT YOU

This is one of the most important differences at FKS.

If we agree on the cleaning and issue a fixed written price, that price is our responsibility.

OUR QUOTE.
OUR MISTAKE.
OUR COST.

No extra bill because we got our calculation wrong.

CONSISTENT CLEANING, NOT A ROTATING ROSTER

We believe consistency matters.

You shouldn’t have to explain your home again every time someone different arrives.

Fabian personally completes many of our new and regular cleans, and we work to keep cleaning consistent from visit to visit.

PRODUCTS AND EQUIPMENT

FKS supplies the normal products and equipment needed to complete the agreed cleaning.

We use products appropriate to the surface and the job.

WHAT WE DON’T DO

Regular house cleaning does not include specialist mould remediation, full wall washing, unsafe high external windows, hoarding or restoration-level work unless separately discussed and agreed.

OUR PEACE-OF-MIND GUARANTEE

If something on the agreed cleaning list has not been completed properly, contact us and we’ll arrange to correct it.

No argument.
No additional charge.
No excuses.

If we agree to do it, we stand behind it.
