KNOW THE JOB. KNOW THE PRICE. THEN DECIDE.
Getting a cleaning quote shouldn’t mean guessing what will be done or wondering what the final bill will be.
At FKS Cleaning Group, we agree on what’s included and put the price in writing before we start.
WE DON’T SELL HOURS. WE SELL COMPLETED JOBS.
Trusted by Melbourne families since 1985.
TELL US ABOUT YOUR HOME
To prepare your fixed written quote, send us:
- Your suburb
- Number of bedrooms
- Number of bathrooms
- Number of living areas
- Type of cleaning required
- Weekly, fortnightly or one-off
- Anything specific you would like included
- Photos if they would help us understand the job
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
1. You tell us about the home.
2. We confirm what’s included.
3. We give you the fixed price in writing.
4. You decide whether FKS is right for you.
No sales visit just to manufacture a quote.
No hourly guessing.
No surprise extras because we underestimated the work.
IF WE GET THE QUOTE WRONG, WE WEAR IT — NOT YOU
Once we agree on the cleaning and the fixed written price, pricing accuracy is our responsibility.
OUR QUOTE.
OUR MISTAKE.
OUR COST.
If the agreed job takes us longer than expected because we underestimated it, we do not turn around and make you pay for our mistake.
