For families and homeowners who want their home maintained properly each visit — without hourly guessing, rushed work, or wondering what will be left until next time.

What’s included in your regular clean is agreed in writing and priced before we start. If we underestimate the agreed work, we wear it — not you.

As part of looking after a regular client’s home properly, we also use some common sense.

At no additional charge, normal reasonable household requests can include:

• Bed changes — simply leave the fresh linen out
• “A small amount of washing up”
• Dirty dishes placed into the dishwasher
• Dishwasher unloaded, with clean dishes left neatly on the bench
• Accessible bathroom Exhaust fan covers
• Normal detail areas that need attention during the clean

We are there to maintain the home properly — not turn every small reasonable request into another charge

No surprise extras for reasonable things we can simply deal with while we’re there.

Deep Cleaning Melbourne

A deep clean should mean more than simply spending extra hours in the same rooms.

Before we start, we agree exactly what needs attention, put what’s included in writing and give you a fixed price.

Depending on the home, a deep clean can include detailed attention to kitchens, bathrooms, skirting boards, accessible surfaces, doors, switches, built-up grime, oven cleaning and other areas that regular maintenance cleaning may not normally require.

No vague “deep clean” promise.
No clock running while you wonder what will actually get done.

Need to organise a clean for a family member, as a birthday gift, before visitors arrive, or simply to give someone a helping hand? We can help.

Some work requires specialist treatment. FKS does not provide specialist mould remediation or full wall washing, and exterior or unsafe-access window work may require a specialist window cleaner.

End of Lease Cleaning Melbourne

An end-of-lease clean should not be sold as a vague “deep clean” and left open to interpretation.

Before we start, FKS gives you a fixed written price and a detailed written Schedule of Works so you know exactly what is included.

Oven cleaning is included.
Internal windows are cleaned where safely accessible.
Eligible end-of-lease cleans can also include carpet steam cleaning as a bonus.

ABOUT “BOND BACK GUARANTEES”

We prefer to be completely clear.

We don’t advertise a “bond-back guarantee” because a bond can be withheld for reasons completely unrelated to cleaning — including rent, keys, property damage, gardens or other tenancy obligations.

What we do stand behind is the cleaning work listed in your written Schedule of Works.

If an agent identifies a genuine cleaning issue relating to agreed work, contact us promptly and we will review it and, where appropriate, return to rectify it.

Full wall washing and specialist mould remediation are not included. External windows are not included unless separately quoted and safely accessible.
